陈文辉，计算机博士，副教授，硕士生导师，湖南省青年骨干教师，衡阳市博士创新工作站领衔博士，“英才计划”支持对象，软件工程教研室主任。兼任湖南省知识产权保护专家、湖南省信息技术标准化技术委员会专家、教育部研究生教育评估监测专家库专家等。主持湖南省自然科学基金区域联合重点基金等项目10余项。指导学生获国家级、省级竞赛奖10余项。主要从事人工智能、数据压缩与安全、物联网等方面的研究。邮箱：287683705@qq.com。
